Neisha Crosland is a celebrated textile and surface pattern designer, well known for her elegant and dynamic designs and her unusual colour combinations, impeccable attention to balance and proportion, oversized graphics and the symmetrical geometric motifs inspired by nature that characterise her designs. Her body of work has propelled her to the forefront of UK design, and in 2006 she was honoured with the title Royal Designer for Industry (RDI).
She started her own textile company designing scarves and accessories in 1994, and has gone on to design fabrics, wallpapers, rugs, tiles, fine china and stationery, and also home and fashion accessories for Hankyu Department Stores in Japan.
A favourite with stylists, photographers, art directors and fashion designers, her wallpapers can be seen in luxury hotels and clubs including Claridge's, the Dorchester and Annabel's. It has also been used in Miu Miu's advertising and featured in Baz Luhrmann's film ‘The Great Gatsby’
